Would anyone know how it is possible to assign two (or more) markers for any desired 'Assignment' activity in any course?

Hi all... Suddenly, (50+) users i enrolled into our open lms site, received what appears to be an automated log-in info with change password details from the Admin Site. This is definently not an email as site admin we intend to send and am clueless as to how that happened. Is there a hack, virus of sorts, is there an enabled feature am not aware of. can anyone help asap? thanks you D
