Planned, designed and implemented hundreds of eLearning, ILT and blended modules. Developed and coordinated system wide new employee orientation which is used to induct an average of 500 employees annually. Led the search for and acquisition of Learning Management System (LMS). Project lead for transition and management of current LMS for over 3100 regional health system employees. Increased training opportunities for state agency by over 300 classes in one year. Designed and built a basic training management system from the ground up. Established inventory audit to reduce supply costs. Designed numerous documentation tools.
