Would it be possible to have rich text utilised when Open LMS support tickets are raised? Plain text is very limiting.

Thank you for your feedback.  I found that Zendesk just added this functionality earlier this month.  I have now enabled the WYSIWYG editor on the Description field when submitting a new request.
