My own view is to be cautious of the native H5P plugin, that is part of Moodle core in 3.9. Read the 'H5P in Moodle 3.9: Not ready for primetime?' thread lower. I for one will be disabling this and sticking with the 'Interactive activity (H5p)' community plugin.
