I would love to hear about your experiences and feedback about using in-application helpers. Are you using user tours, embedded documentation, or 3rd party tools to guide or help your users on how to get the most of the platform?

How did it go or what are your plans?

Really interested in the effect that things like onboarding checklists, tours, empty states, etc could have on usage and adoption and what experiences you have with them.(The video below is for a tool called Helppier. we're testing it in our trial sites)
